SERVICE PATTERNS / NOT PACKAGES
Build the handoff that people can see.
These are starting patterns, not fixed products or claims about prior Kosovo clients. The right scope depends on the organisation’s real users, workflow, content, data, providers, payment route, and authority to operate.
01Inquiry to owned case
Turn a public question, referral, or email into a case with a clear status, responsible operator, language, safe notes, documents, deadline, and response. The requester receives honest confirmation without being promised an outcome.
02Document to approved record
Guide a user through required information, validation, review, correction, approval, and retrieval. Field collection stays proportional; sensitive documents are not copied into every system merely for convenience.
03Service directory to direct contact
Organise people, programmes, locations, or resources around the questions visitors actually ask. Search, language, ownership, freshness, and accessibility determine whether the directory is useful after launch.
04EUR transaction to reconciliation
Connect an approved client-owned provider to the order, status, invoice or fiscal record, refund, and accounting handoff. Pending and failed states remain visible instead of being treated as exceptional code paths.
05Legacy workflow to stable release
Map what the current system still does well, recover ownership and backups, fix the highest-risk breakpoints, and replace components in reviewable slices. A clean migration includes data checks and a return path.
06Knowledge queue with human review
Use search, retrieval, classification, or drafting to assist an operator—not silently decide a person’s case. Define sources, permissions, evaluation, uncertainty, escalation, and what the system does when the model is unavailable.
Example: the visible support loop
A team might begin with a bilingual help request. The user chooses Albanian or Serbian, provides only the necessary context, and receives a reference number. An operator sees the request in a queue, assigns ownership, asks for missing information through an approved channel, records the resolution, and closes the loop. The project would test the selected language and script, +383 phone handling where relevant, mobile use, permissions, retention, notification failures, accessibility, analytics, and recovery.
Project fit still comes first: a technically clear pattern does not bypass review of the parties, end users, end use, providers, banks, payment route, or specialist requirements.
